Congratulations on being chosen to exhibit at the Art Complex Museum (ACM). These guidelines will help you in your preparation for your show. Please read them and contact Craig Bloodgood (craig@artcomplex.org) if you have any questions. Please fill out the information and
checklist on the last page. Please return one signed copy and keep a second for your own records. We look forward to showing your work, and having a successful exhibition.
1. Images and text –We require high resolution images of 2-3 works that will be in the exhibition one year prior to the exhibition opening date. (See checklist on last page for details.) These images will be used for our paid advertising, press releases, website, and other promotional materials. We prefer images of work that will be exhibited; however, if you are creating new work specifically for the exhibition, we will accept an image of other similar work. We also need your bio, your cv, and a statement about your work as it relates to the exhibition. These can always be updated as needed.
2. Press – The ACM will publicize your exhibit in the following ways:
• Through press releases to local and regional newspapers
• Through paid advertising and exhibition calendar listings in regional art publications
• Through our monthly online newsletter to our mailing list of supporters
• On the ACM website, artcomplex.org
The ACM is also a member of See Plymouth, the official tourism site of Plymouth County. If you have specific connections or leads pertaining to your work, please let them know about your exhibit, and coordinate your efforts with our Communications Coordinator, Lori LeDoux, (lori.ledoux@artcomplex.org).

If you produce your own catalog for the exhibition, you must have it approved by our Communications Coordinator, Lori LeDoux, before it is printed.
